I headed over to Pangbourne, Berkshire to photography beautiful baby Bethany to be met with sandbags and flood wardens! The recent rain had caused the Thames to burst its banks and come flooding into the villagers gardens! Luckily it didn’t stop us doing our shoot and I captured these lovely shots of Bethany and her stunning big blue eyes!
I first met mom Carla at Practical Pregnancy Pilates run by the fabulous Jules at The Swan Hotel in Streatley (I was there photographing – not as a participant, hehe!) A few weeks later baby Albie came into the world and I had the pleasure of travelling to the beautiful countryside in Oxfordshire for a great newborn session with the whole family – including big sister Eva who was so excited to show off her new baby brother, enjoy! x
William is one of the most chilled and smiley little bubba’s I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. I think it was down to his totally laid back mum and dad, they were so laid back dad even fell asleep with Molly the dog on the sofa at one point! I’m actually used to mum or dad having a little snooze during a session as I handle baby and give them lots of cuddles so it’s a bit like having a baby sitter for a few hours!
Anyway, here is a sneak peak of gorgeous William – check out those cheeky little smile’s, swoon! x
Meet the gorgeous Miss Elodie Brooke. She is perfect in every way, and totally rocked her session! Her lovely mummy is the founder of the fantastic Hire Expectations which specialises in online maternity dress rental, so all you mums-to-be if you need a fancy frock then check out Hire Expectations and use the code VGEMMA for 15% off!
Here are a couple of favourites from the session…enjoy!
This week I headed over to Swindon, Wiltshire to shoot Kimberley’s lovely baby bump! It was clear to see how devoted to their little one Kimberley and Mike already were as they had beautifully decorated the nursery and laid out all the tiny little clothes and shoes ready for baby’s arrival. Kimberley was naturally a bit nervous about having her photo taken but after a cup of tea and a few giggles she totally relaxed and we got some stunning photos, what a natural beauty!
p.s – They say never work with animals but Dave the pug insisted on having his photo taken, I had to stop myself packing him into my camera bag and taking him home with me… CUTE! 🙂
